Premise Fire Plans

The early stages of any fire or emergency situation are critical.
 
The fire service has to arrive on site, assess the situation, identify and evaluate the risks to life and property, and predict how the emergency is likely to develop. This is a period of intense and often stressful activity for the fire crews and especially so for the incident commander, who must make quick decisions on how best to bring the incident under control. 
 
By providing the fire and rescue service with clear, concise and up to date plans of the building, hazards, access and specialist equipment, the time taken to define the appropriate strategy to bring the incident under control can be reduced. 
 
Details that can be shown on our plans include :
Fire detection / alarm equipment;
Fire fighting equipment;
Fire exits and signage;
Fire doors and compartmentation lines;
High risk areas such as gas storage and electrical cupboards;
Mains and utility shut off points; and
Emergency lighting amongst others.
 
Whats in the pack?
 
You will receive for each floor:
A fully detailed fire asset plan showing your equipment and protection;
Completed plans supplied as pdf for inclusion in site documentation; and
One A1 (594x840mm) folded, printed plan for storage in premises information box or fire box.
 
Prints in other formats and sizes with or without encapsulation are also available upon request.
