Supporting the mental health of hybrid and lone workers


The British Safety Council has issued two guidance documents for employers and employees, to support those with the potential mental and emotional impact of continued lone or hybrid working.


Remote working is something that many of us experienced during the pandemic, while a great many more worked alone and some continue to do so. Whether it is something you or your staff are used to, or it is something new to you, he British Safety Council stresses that looking after mental health and that of those around you is absolutely vital. These guides have been put together by The National Counselling Society experts and contain some ideas to help develop a better health and wellbeing strategy in the workplace.
